When it was time for me to completely insure my son I first called the insurance company to verify that he would get some discount because of his GPA. Then I sent them his transcripts that were sealed and he got a 20% discount which helped us out. Insurance companies look at this as someone that is committed to school and their future and they don't mind helping these student and their families out.

I had a 3.5 in high school. I usually had my counselor sign a little slip and mail/ deliver it to Allstate

Usually students get car insurance discounts…with regards to your grades, its a factor also car insurance company considers for them to know if you are a good stundent…good students means good and careful drivers…

You can just send them you report card or you can have a validited copy from your school…

I usually send them the transcript from school. It can be unofficial too. You can always get a student discount, specially with your gpa, so don't worry about that C, they only look at your overall performance.
